Meet Dr. Azy Esfandiari
Dr. Azy was born in Tallahassee, Florida. With a genuine love for dentistry and an innate artistic flair, she’s devoted herself to helping her patients achieve their best smiles through a blend of cosmetic and general treatments that are 100% tailored to her patients’ goals and needs. She has extensive experience with botox and fillers and is also the proud co-author of a chapter in “Esthetics in Dentistry”, written by Ronald Goldstein — the father of esthetic dentistry.
With Dr. Azy’s extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, rest assured that you’ll get the smile of your dreams!

She is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. She remains active on the admissions committee with interviewing prospective dental students. Dr. Azy is continuously active in taking dental courses and furthering her knowledge.

- In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and exploring new restaurants in her beloved Sandy Springs and all around town. Dr. Azy loves meeting new friends and is always up to having fun!
Fran
Office Manager
Fran is an Atlanta native and began working in dentistry immediately after graduating high school. Her mother came home from a dental appointment and notified Fran that she had volunteered her to work for that dentist as a summer job. That summer job led to working chairside for 26 years before moving into treatment coordination and eventually, office management. Fran is passionate about patient care and providing excellent service to everyone. She has two grown children and enjoys family time, cooking, and being outdoors.
Nicole
Dental Hygienist
Nicole was born in Westchester, New York and moved to Georgia when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Dental Hygiene School in 2017. She is very passionate about educating patients on their oral health and making a difference in their smiles! She has a dog named Banks, who is her whole world! She enjoys going to the gym and competing in bikini bodybuilding competitions, spending time with family and friends, and traveling!
Vanessa
Dental Assistant
Vanessa has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Her dental skill set is unmatched and she loves taking great care of all our patients. Playing a critical role in a beautiful smile transformation is her favorite part of dentistry. She is truly dedicated to her role and her patients. Vanessa is mother to two sons and a daughter and has seven beautiful grandchildren. She loves cooking meals for her family, staying active and landscaping her home. She has been married to her husband, Tony, for 12 years.
